These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SudokuXYZ, a mobile Sudoku game developed by btmaapps. They apply to supported Android and iOS versions. Platform features, ads, purchase options, and store rules may differ.
SudokuXYZ provides Sudoku puzzles, game modes, difficulty progression, notes, hints, statistics, streaks, achievements, and related entertainment features. Available features can vary by platform, app version, region, device, and release configuration.
Gameplay scores, ratings, tiers, achievements, and recommendations are for entertainment and puzzle-solving purposes. They are not financial, medical, educational, legal, or professional advice.
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, btmaapps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SudokuXYZ for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Most gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device, operating-system account, app-store account, network connection, and backups.
Clearing app storage, using an in-app reset/delete action, uninstalling the app, changing devices, or restoring a device may remove or change local progress. We do not guarantee recovery of local game data. Deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.
SudokuXYZ may provide a free, ad-supported experience. Depending on platform and app version, this can include gameplay banner ads and user-initiated rewarded ads used to obtain an optional benefit such as a hint or automation feature.
Ad availability depends on consent choices, platform rules, region, device, network access, ad inventory, provider availability, and technical conditions. We do not control every advertiser, ad creative, landing page, or external offer served by an ad provider.
SudokuXYZ may offer a "Remove Ads", "No Ads", or similarly named subscription or paid feature. The exact name, benefits, price, currency, billing period, trial, introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown in the app and by Google Play or the Apple App Store before you confirm a purchase.
An active no-ads entitlement can remove selected advertising or ad-gated requirements identified in the purchase screen. It does not remove app-store notices, privacy or consent messages, legal notices, service messages, or every possible commercial surface.
If these Terms conflict with the purchase confirmation shown by Google Play or the Apple App Store, the store confirmation controls the price, billing period, trial, renewal, and transaction terms for that purchase.
Google Play processes Android purchases. The Apple App Store processes iOS purchases. btmaapps does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled as described in the store confirmation and applicable store rules. You are responsible for reviewing the price, period, renewal date, and any trial or introductory terms before purchase.
Uninstalling SudokuXYZ or deleting local data does not cancel an active subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to store rules.
Where available, Restore Purchases asks the applicable store and subscription provider to refresh an entitlement associated with the store account used for the original purchase.
Restore may require an internet connection, the same platform, the same store account, and an active or restorable purchase. It does not create a new subscription, cancel a subscription, or guarantee a refund.
SudokuXYZ does not currently require a shared btmaapps account. A Google Play purchase and an Apple App Store purchase are therefore not guaranteed to transfer between Android and iOS. Purchase portability is governed by the store, provider, and entitlement model shown in the app.
Refund eligibility and decisions are controlled by the store through which you purchased:
Except where required by law or store policy, btmaapps cannot guarantee a refund. Cancelling future renewal does not necessarily refund an earlier charge.
Advertising, analytics, messaging, purchase, and subscription services can process information as described in our Privacy Policy. Where required, the app provides consent or privacy-options controls, and iOS may request App Tracking Transparency authorization.
You can change notification permission through Android or iOS settings. Disabling notifications can prevent alerts but may not remove provider-side tokens or records already processed under applicable provider policies.
SudokuXYZ can rely on Google Play, the Apple App Store, Google advertising and consent services, Firebase services on supported Android releases, Adapty, APNs, and related providers. Their availability and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, store review or billing decisions, advertiser content, provider policy changes, external websites, or actions outside our reasonable control.
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, game modes, ads, paid offers, supported devices, platform versions, or third-party integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device and operating-system version.
Updates may be needed for security, compatibility, store requirements, bug fixes, content, or feature changes. Optional or mandatory update behavior can differ by platform and release.
SudokuXYZ software, design, graphics, text, logo, puzzle presentation, gameplay systems, and related content are owned by btmaapps or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
If you provide feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the app without compensation unless applicable law requires otherwise.
SudokuXYZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the app, every puzzle, ad, purchase flow, entitlement, statistic, message, or third-party service will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, btmaapps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of local progress, loss of data, loss of revenue, service interruption, device issues, or third-party actions arising from use of SudokuXYZ.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for SudokuXYZ during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires a different amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits.
We may update these Terms when the app, store rules, services, or legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required by law or platform policy.
